Allstar Drumming at the YMCA
Allstar Therapies and the Greensburg YMCA invite you to experience Allstar Drumming, a dynamic 4-week fitness session designed to challenge your body and mind! This high-intensity cardio workout combines balance, coordination, dual-tasking and postural training to improve overall fitness while keeping you energized and engaged. Community Bingo for Charity – Grow Westmoreland
All proceeds will directly benefit Grow Westmoreland!
